To live the environment of the Alps in a closed space. The World Nature Forum did just that, using KIGO for a perfect room conditioning.
The project.
The new World Nature Forum Visitor- and Business Center in Naters opened in September 2016. Panoramic space, films, interactive terminals, graphics, teaching tools and … KIGO at the ceiling… lead visitors to discover and learn about the 800 square kilometers UNESCO protected area of the Aletsch Glacier. A unique experience.
The goal.
The mandate included three specific goals: to integrate the solution in a building with clean architectural design, to respect acoustic restrictions in conference and congress halls, to respect the environment. The solution must then participate to the achievement of these three goals.
The solution.
The customer decided to go for the KIGO ceiling sail solution, highly performing for heating and cooling at low temperatures.
